Objectives of the Meet
The primary aims of the 2025 Alumni Meet are:

• Re-engagement: To re-establish connections between alumni, current researchers, and the institution.
• Career Insight: To provide current students with perspectives on diverse professional trajectories following advanced study in High Energy Physics.
• Mentorship Foundation: To initiate structures for sustained guidance and professional development.

Program Overview(Tentative):

• 10:00 am: We begin with a High Tea ☕
• Session 1 (Hybrid)
  • 10:30 am: Inauguration by Prof. Kaushal Verma
  • 10:40 am: Welcome Address by Prof. Sudhir K. Vempati (CHAIR, CHEP)
  • 11:00 am: In person Presentations 🎙️
• 12:30 pm: Lunch and informal student-Alumni interactions 🍽️
• Session 2 (Hybrid)
  • 2:30 pm: Online Presentations 💻
  • 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Vote of Thanks followed by High Tea 🥂
