Prof. Rohini Godbole Memorial Endowment Fund
Nurturing the Next Generation of Scientists

The Centre for High Energy Physics (CHEP) at the Indian Institute of Science is proud to announce the creation of the Prof. Rohini Godbole Memorial Endowment Fund. This fund is established in loving memory of our distinguished colleague and mentor, the Late Padma Shree Prof. Rohini M. Godbole.

Prof. Godbole was an extraordinary physicist and a passionate advocate for science education. She dedicated her life to pushing the boundaries of high-energy physics and inspiring countless students to pursue their scientific passions. Her legacy is not just in her groundbreaking research, but in the brilliant minds she helped shape.

In her honor, the Endowment Fund will be used to host mostly Women Researchers and Lecturers at CHEP, preferably those coming back after a break. By supporting these young researchers, we will continue Prof. Godbole's mission of fostering a vibrant community of young women physicists and ensuring that her legacy of excellence lives on through future generations.

We invite you to join us in celebrating Prof. Godbole's life and work by contributing to this fund. Your generosity will directly support promising young scientists, helping them to focus on their research and continue the journey of discovery that Prof. Godbole so ardently championed.
